Class Timetable

All our classes are suitable for a mix of ages and abilities because we use power and heart rate training zones to monitor and control intensity.

Please arrive in advance of the classtime, but do wait until earlier classes finish before selecting your bike or rower. We recommend that you bring a drink

For more information on our classes, see our Facilities & Classes page

Wattbike

We follow a structured training plan on our Wattbikes with classeslasting from 50 minutes to a stamina busting 2 hours.

Row

Our rowing classesare an ideal way to combine aerobic conditioning and a strength workout.

Row & Ride

A combination of rowing and cycling – a fabulous all over aerobic and strength workout. Probably with a bit of functional training as well.

Circuits

An all over workout using primarily the strength equipment and either the Wattbikes & Rowers, sometimes both. Don’t be surprised if the SkiErg also makes an appearance.

DIY Sessions

If you can’t make a specific class time don’t worry. You can follow one of the planned workouts, just ask for one upon arrival.
